⛏️ Attacking a resource tile without causing troop losses

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

• 🙏 Apologize

💥 Attacking a resource tile and causing troop losses or repeating the RSS tile attacks after warning

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

• 💰 Mandatory compensation to the affected player (the player who received the damage will attack the offender, emptying as possible his city).

• ⛓️ Prison for 1 week if he doesn't stop.

🏰 Attacking a player's castle once

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

• 💰 Mandatory compensation (the player who received the damage can attack the other player with no defense. If the difference of power is more than 80M, can ask somebody else to do it.)

Repeated offense:

• 🚫 Expulsion for 2 weeks.

📌 If the alliances see a very bad behavior, NAP can choose the expulsion to be definitive.

🔥 Attacking multiple castles during a single incident

Penalty:

• 🚫 Expulsion for 2 weeks

• 💀 Being zeroed

• ⛓️ Prison

📌 N.B. The expulsion can be definitive if NAP thinks it is better.

☠️ Attacking multiple castles in separate incidents within a short period of time

Penalty:

• 💀 Being zeroed

• ⛓️ Prison

• ❌ Permanent expulsion from the alliance

🏛️ Section 2: Sanctuary Rules

🏆 Claiming the first-clear reward from one sanctuary belonging to another alliance

(These rules are for the NAP alliances.)

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

• 🤝 Formal apology to the affected alliance

• ⚔️ One attack from any player of the alliance that received the offense.

🚨 Claiming the first-clear rewards from multiple sanctuaries belonging to other alliances or repeated stealing

Penalty:

• 🚫 Temporary expulsion

Repeated offense:

• ❌ Permanent expulsion

📌 In case of a non-NAP alliance, it is required to talk to the player and then, if NAP thinks it is necessary, burn him.

🤝 Section 3: Conduct Rules

💬 Insulting, harassing, or disrespecting members inside the alliance or in public chat

First offense

• ⚠️ Official warning

Second offense

• 🔇 Mute or restriction of privileges

Third offense

• ❌ Permanent expulsion

📍 Relocating (teleporting) next to another alliance's hive without prior authorization

(The reasons must be studied first.)

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

• 🚚 Immediate relocation required

Repeated offense:

• 🚫 Temporary expulsion

👁️ Section 4: Scouting

🔍 Scouting 1 player 1 time

Penalty:

• ⚠️ Official warning

🔎 Scouting more than once

Penalty:

• ⛓️ Prison

🚨 Keep scouting after prison

Penalty:

• ⚔️ 1 Rally

• ⛓️ Prison

We don’t go out from an alliance to help another alliance to take:

• 🏛️ A Sanctuary

• 🏰 A Fort

• 🛡️ An Outpost

Every member has the right to defend themselves before leadership prior to any penalty being enforced.

👑 Leadership Discretion

Leadership reserves the right to reduce or increase any penalty based on the circumstances of each case.

⚠️ Three-Warning Rule

Three accumulated official warnings result in automatic expulsion from the alliance.
